2. Responsibilities of the Customer

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. “The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

 

3. Return and refund policy and Replacements

All purchases are final – at this time Pennyvale Media is unable to and will not offer refunds.

 

Replacements will only be given at the discretion of Pennyvale Media.

Pennyvale Media´s failure to enforce any term of these Terms of Sale at any time shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such term.

 

7. Governing Law/Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (“UK”), without regard to its conflict of laws rules and principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Preston, England, UK for any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Sale, and hereby waive any right to participate in any type of law suit brought and/or maintained as a class action or similar in nature to a class action, to the extent permissible by applicable law.

 

8. Modification of Terms of Sale

Pennyvale Media shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Sale without notice or liability to you.
