Join the Harrowed World: Portents In Red team!

Harrowed World: Portents In Red (working title: Project Nightowl) is a single player 3D gothic RPG video game with a dark and eerie atmosphere, set on an island off the UK mainland. The game, set in the Harrowed World setting will put the player in the shoes of a newly turned vampire. The game is planned for a full digital PC release with the potential for console and physical releases.

Pennyvale Media, a small independent sole tradership based in the United Kingdom, is the driving force behind the project. The game is being developed in Unity and the plan is to allow players to switch between first- and third-person perspectives during play.

Because of the themes of the game, all applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Unfortunately, monetary compensation is unable to be offered at this time, but I am looking to explore potential options in the future if the game is a success and the business becomes stable. In the meantime, it is a great opportunity to add to your portfolio, gain valuable experience, and work on an exciting project that has the potential for success.

We also want to make it clear that any work done will be owned by Pennyvale Media, but you will be credited for your work, and it can be used in your portfolio.

Here are some of the roles in the team that need to be filled. Please keep in mind that while candidates who have experience with both modelling and texturing are preferred, applicants who specialise in either area will be considered, depending on the position:

• Voice Over Artists.

The team currently has a 2D artist (concept art and other), 3D artist/rigger (models and texturing), a composer and a sound designer. The project lead acts as the writer on the project as well as currently the only programmer.
